Ongoing personalised service is one of the corner stones of our business. We believe that continued strategic advice and service is critical to the success of any financial strategy.
Strategic and technical advice also needs to be reviewed regularly and adapted to suit your changing requirements. Legislation, market movements, the world economy and similar broader issues can also have an impact on your future planning.
When we are first developing a strategy for a client, we look at their financial situation, their lifestyle, their income, their stage of life, and their goals. We also look at the overall conditions in the investment market. Obviously, all of these elements are subject to change. For that reason, we regularly review the client’s circumstances, goals and the overall strategy and make changes when needed. A financial plan should be seen as a long-term strategy, but the details are not set in concrete.
At Outlook, we believe that most financial plans should be reviewed annually to ensure that the strategy is still consistent with your lifestyle and long term goals. Outlook provides a review document to clients which asks them to indicate any changes that should be considered in a review of their plan.
The Outlook Investment Committee meets monthly and examines the structure of portfolios in light of market conditions. Clients of Outlook who have placed investments through us receive regular reports on their investment accounts. The reports provide a snap shot of investments, asset allocations, portfolio performance and fees.
In addition, Outlook reviews and analyses your portfolio on an ongoing basis. As such investment recommendations are sent to clients on a regular basis. These include changes to asset allocations, fund managers, re-balancing of portfolios and any other changes that the Investment Committee may deem appropriate.
